Josh to everyone, Joshua on paper. I started out driving a forklift. Sales came next, and it taught me how people make big decisions and why they trust one person over another. Then I spent five years inside the property industry, watching sellers get quoted prices their homes were never going to reach.

That's still most of the job, whether it's helping someone sell a house, explaining the buying process to a first-time buyer, or building an audience from nothing.

YouTube is the part I'm figuring out as I go. I share it as I go, including the bits that don't work.
